We will confirm the price, any applicable taxes, deposit and other charges before you enter a storage agreement. Changes to website prices do not automatically change an existing agreement.

Your storage agreement

Storage is subject to a separate agreement provided before you commit. That agreement will set out the container supplied, rental period, payment arrangements, deposit conditions, access arrangements, permitted goods, insurance responsibilities, cancellation rights and how to end the rental.

These website terms do not replace that agreement or reduce your statutory rights. Any applicable consumer cancellation rights will be explained before a contract is made, including where arrangements are concluded by telephone or email.
